Meet Rachel

Rachel is a yoga and mindfulness practitioner from Ireland. She has been traveling the world facilitating spaces of healing and transcendence through Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Himalayan Kundalini Yoga. This is the yoga of transformation, the practice which will allow you to elevate your consciousness and tap into the boundless energy within yourself, using ancient techniques such as kriya, mantra, asana, meditation and pranayama.

With a deep interest to connect others to the spiritual and collective consciousness, healing trauma, and stepping into a meaningful life, Rachel teaches the integrative practices that helped her the most on her own journey.

All of her classes are intimate, personalized, and carry a specific intention. To unite physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Rachel completed an 18-month intensive diploma in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy & positive psychology with the Irish mindfulness academy. She took her yoga teacher training under the tutelage of Anand Mehrotra at Sattva yoga academy in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga. As well as holding a black belt in kickboxing – adding some fun challenges to her classes!

She has a particular interest in using the technology of the Chakra system, somatic embodiment, and sound therapy as healing modalities.
